How soon can you answer my question?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most requests are processed within 24 hours during our business hours.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If you need to update your delivery address, please email us immediately at contact@ubeandchill.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to process your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been packed or shipped.
What is the processing time?
Our processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary, but are generally 2 to 3 business days after order processing. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Will my order arrive in a single package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, you will receive tracking information for each package.
What happens if an item is out of stock or on backorder?
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you by email of an estimated restocking date. If restocking takes more than two weeks, we will refund you for the unavailable item(s).
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please email us at contact@ubeandchill.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you.
What should I do if an item is missing or damaged in my order?
If you received a damaged item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@ubeandchill.com . We will help you resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@ubeandchill.com . Cancellation requests are only possible before the order is processed or shipped.
